In addition, you can visit the nearby village of Politika, where you can enjoy ouzo and tsipouro with local seafood in the central traditional square under the shade of old trees. In the area, especially during the summer, a lot of traditional festivals take place with live Greek music, traditional dancing, food and wine. If you like water sports, you can rent equipment in Politika beach and have fun in the sea.

  If you want to spend time in the city you can visit Chalkida city and see the rare tidal phenomenon on the old bridge of Chalkida with the waters heading 6 hours north of Euboea and 6 hours south of Euboea. You can also eat at the beach fish restaurants of enjoy your coffee. Chalkida also has a great nightlife with a lot o bars and clubs to enjoy your cocktail and dance.
