By accessing and using our website (mobile) through any platform and/or making a booking, you accept and confirm that you have read, understood and agree to the terms and conditions set out below.
By booking through us, you are deemed to accept these terms and conditions and to be legally bound by them.
These pages, the content and structure of these pages, as well as the online booking service offered by us through this website are owned, operated and offered by kouveliacountryhome.gr for your personal, non-commercial (B2C) use only, subject to the terms and conditions set forth below. Our relationship with Hotel Providers is governed by separate terms and conditions, which define the commercial (B2B) relationship we have with said Hotel Providers. Please note that Hotel Providers may have, apply and/or require (the acceptance of), in addition to the policies listed on the website, their own terms and conditions regarding the use, access and completion of the Booking (which may include certain disclaimers and limitations of liability).
Definitions
“Website” means a website (mobile) on which a Booking Service is available owned, controlled, managed, maintained and/or hosted by kouveliacountryhome.gr
“Accommodations” means various travel products and services that you may order, obtain, purchase, pay for, rent, grant, give, combine or make from the Hotel Provider.
“Hotel Provider” means a professional provider of accommodation and any other travel or related product or service made available from time to time for Booking on the Website (B2B / B2C).
“Reservation Service” means an online purchase, payment or reservation service as offered or activated by kouveliacountryhome.gr in relation to various products and services, which are periodically made available by the Hotel Providers on the Website.
“Booking” means ordering, purchasing, paying for or reserving an accommodation for accommodation.
Object and nature of our Service
On our Website, we provide an online platform through which Hotel Providers can offer their products and services for ordering, purchasing, booking, renting, and through which Website visitors can discover, search, compare and to order, book, rent, buy or pay (i.e. Booking Service). By using the Booking Service (e.g. by making a Booking through the Booking Service), you enter into a contractual relationship (legally binding) with the Hotel Provider, with which you book.
From the moment you make a Booking, we act solely as an intermediary between you and the Hotel Provider, passing on the details of the Booking to the relevant Hotel Provider and sending you a confirmation email on behalf of the Hotel Provider. kouveliacountryhome.gr does not (re)sell, rent or offer any (travel) product or service.
When providing our Reservation Service, the information we make public is based on the information we receive from Hotel Providers. Although we make every reasonable effort to provide our Booking Service, we can neither guarantee that all information is accurate, complete or correct, nor can we be held responsible for any errors (including obvious and typographical errors), for interruptions due to ( (temporary and/or partial) suspension, restoration, upgrading or maintenance of the Website or for any other reason), for inaccurate, misleading or untrue information or for the non-distribution of information. Each Hotel Provider remains responsible for the accuracy, completeness and correctness of the information (including rates/fees/charges, policies and conditions and availability) displayed on our Website. kouveliacountryhome.gr is not and should not be considered a means of suggesting or approving the quality, level of service, suitability or rating (stars) of any Hotel Provider (or the benefits, space, products or services) it has.
Our Booking Service is for personal and non-commercial use only. Therefore, you have no right to resell, directly link to, use, copy, monitor (e.g. with spiders, scrapes), display, download or reproduce any content or information, software, bookings, products or services available on our Website for any commercial or competitive purpose.
Prices and Refund of Price Difference
The prices on our Website as provided by the Hotel Providers are highly competitive. Applicable fees and taxes (including tourist/municipal taxes) may be charged by the Hotel Provider in case of no-show or cancellation.
All prices on the kouveliacountryhome.gr website are per room for your entire stay, unless otherwise stated. These prices are subject to change by the Hotel Provider. We show the price we receive from the Hotel Provider for the room for the dates you select. Please check the room information carefully to see what is included in the price and what is not.
Sometimes lower prices are available on our Website for certain accommodation, however these prices available from Hotel Providers may come with special restrictions and conditions, for example they may not provide cancellation and refunds. Please check the relevant booking conditions and details of any such conditions carefully before making your booking.
We want you to pay the lowest possible price for the product or service you choose. In the event that you find any accommodation booked through our Website at a lower price online and with the same booking conditions, after completing the booking with us, we will compensate the difference between the price we offer you and the lowest price, in accordance with terms and conditions of the Price Difference Refund. Price difference refund does not apply to non-accommodation related products and services.
To receive your refund, please send us the link of the website with the lowest price within 24 hours of booking.
The currency converter is provided for informational purposes only and the values it gives should not be considered accurate and real-time. Actual prices may vary.
Any obvious errors (including typographical errors) are not binding.
All offers and promotions are marked as such. If they are not marked accordingly, no rights arise for you in case of obvious errors.
Credit card or bank transfer
Certain Hotel Providers offer, where applicable and available, the option to pay for Bookings (in full or in part, depending on the Hotel Provider’s payment policy) to the Hotel Provider during the Booking process via secure electronic payment (to the extent enabled and supported by your bank). You may not hold kouveliacountryhome.gr responsible for any (approved, (allegedly) unapproved or incorrect) charge by the Hotel Provider nor claim any amount for any applicable or approved charge from the Hotel Provider (including prepaid rates, no-shows and cancellation charge) to your credit card.
For certain reservations, kouveliacountryhome.gr assists (through third-party payment processors) in making the payment of the relevant reservations (i.e. the payment facilitation service) on behalf of the Hotel Provider. Payment is secure and is made from your credit/debit card or bank account to the accommodation provider’s bank account via a third party payment processor. Any payment facilitated by us on behalf of and on behalf of the Hotel Provider will in any event constitute payment of (part) of the price of the relevant booking upon final settlement of the (part) price payable and you may not request a refund of such money.
For certain (non-refundable) rates or special offers, please note that Hotel Providers may request prepayment by credit card and your credit card may be pre-authorized or charged (sometimes non-refundable) by the reservation. Please carefully check the (booking) details of the product or service you have chosen for all these conditions before making your Booking.
Prepayment, cancellation, no-show
By making a Booking with a Hotel Provider, you agree to the relevant cancellation and no-show policy of that Hotel Provider and to any additional terms and conditions of the Hotel Provider that may apply to your Booking (including services provided and/or products offered from the Hotel Provider. You can request the relevant terms (delivery/purchase/use/carrier) and conditions from the Hotel Providers themselves. The general cancellation and no-show policy of each Hotel Provider is available on our Website, on the information page for the Hotel Provider, during the booking process and in the confirmation e-mail. Please note that some rates, charges or special offers cannot be cancelled, refunded or changed. Applicable city/tourist taxes may be charged by the Hotel Provider in case of no-show or cancellation with a charge. Please check your booking details carefully for any such terms before making your booking. Please note that the Booking for which a prepayment (partial or full) is required, may be canceled (without prior notice or warning) if the relevant (remaining) amount(s) cannot be collected in full on the respective payment day in accordance with relevant payment and booking policy of the Hotel Provider. Cancellation and prepayment policies may vary by section, product or service of each Accommodation.
If you wish to review, change or cancel your Booking, please refer to your confirmation email and follow the instructions provided therein. Please note that you may be charged for the cancellation in accordance with the Hotel Provider’s cancellation, (pre)payment and no-show policy, or you may not be entitled to a refund for amounts you have (pre)paid. We advise you to carefully read the cancellation, (pre)payment and no-show policy of the accommodation provider before making your reservation and remember to make the remaining payments on time, according to the respective reservation.
If you are going to arrive late or late on the check-in date or even the next day, please make sure to inform the Hotel Provider in advance so that they know when to expect you and avoid cancellation of your Accommodation (Reservation) or charge for non-appearance. Our customer service department can assist you if needed by notifying the Hotel Provider on your behalf. kouveliacountryhome.gr bears no responsibility for the consequences of your late arrival or for any cancellation or no-show charge by the Hotel Provider.
Correspondence and communication
By managing and completing your Booking, you agree to receive:
- a confirmation email, which we will send to you after you have made your booking
- an email afterwards reminding you of your incomplete booking if you have not completed your online booking
- an email sent to you after your stay inviting you to complete the guest feedback form.
kouveliacountryhome.gr disclaims any responsibility for any communication by or with the Hotel Provider on or through its Website. kouveliacountryhome.gr cannot guarantee that any request or communication will be received/read, complied with, carried out and accepted by the Hotel Provider.
In order to complete and secure your Booking, you must use your correct email address. We are not responsible for (and are not required to verify) any incorrect or mistyped email address or inaccurate or incorrect (mobile) phone or credit card number.
Any claim or complaint against kouveliacountryhome.gr or regarding the Booking Service must be submitted promptly but in any case within 30 days after the scheduled day of completion of the stay (e.g. check-out date). Any claim or complaint submitted after the 30 day period may be rejected and the claimant may be denied any right to any compensation (damages or costs).
Due to constant updates and adjustments to prices and availability, we recommend that you take screenshots when booking to support your position (if needed).
Liability Disclaimer
kouveliacountryhome.gr is an online travel platform. We cooperate with more than 100 hotel providers, but kouveliacountryhome.gr cannot be considered as an official website of any hotel, apartments, hostel or other types of accommodation. We are not responsible for the facilities and amenities offered by a particular hotel, apartment, guesthouse, etc., which may be temporarily unavailable, canceled or modified by the accommodation owners. Renovation, redesign and any other maintenance carried out by the owners is not under the control of kouveliacountryhome.gr
When providing our Reservation Service, the information we make public is based on the information we receive from Hotel Providers. kouveliacountryhome.gr ensures the accuracy of the information displayed on the website and reserves the right to change the information displayed at any time and without notice. In particular, kouveliacountryhome.gr does not guarantee the accuracy and disclaims any responsibility for any errors or other inaccuracies related to the information and description of the accommodation displayed on this website (including, prices, photos, list of hotel services , general product descriptions, etc.).
We are not responsible for any submissions (photos/reviews/comments) posted or submitted by you. We are under no obligation to publish your comments; we reserve the right to determine what comments we publish on the site. By uploading photos/images to our system (for example, as an addition to a comment) you confirm that you own the copyright of the photos/images and that you agree that kouveliacountryhome.gr can use the photos/images you upload on its website. By uploading these photos/images, the person uploading the photo(s) assumes full legal and moral responsibility for any legal claims by third parties (including, but not limited to, property owners) due to the publication and use of said photos/images. photos/images from kouveliacountryhome.gr. kouveliacountryhome.gr does not own or endorse the photos/images uploaded by users. Hotel providers, as sellers, include all applicable taxes in the bill amount and kouveliacountryhome.gr pays this amount directly to the providers. kouveliacountryhome.gr is not a seller that cooperates with the providers, with whom we cooperate or book your trips.
Group bookings.
kouveliacountryhome.gr does not provide group booking services. Therefore, you cannot book more than 4 rooms online for the same date/hotel. If you book more than 4 rooms in total in separate bookings, the Hotel Provider may either cancel your bookings or increase the price. kouveliacountryhome.gr bears no responsibility for any cancellation by the Hotel Provider or price change made by the Hotel Provider.
In the (unlikely) event that the hotel does not have for any reason the required number and types of rooms according to the Booking or in cases of force majeure, the hotel reserves the right to transfer you to an alternative hotel of an equivalent category with the same type of services. kouveliacountryhome.gr bears no responsibility for the non-fulfillment or insufficient satisfaction of the guaranteed or prepaid reservation in case of such cases. You also acknowledge that neither kouveliacountryhome.gr nor the Hotel Provider accepts any responsibility for any loss or damage suffered or caused to you as a result of the relocation. All costs related to the transfer and modification must be borne by the first hotel selected.
